Welcome to 6 Club Hotel. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our hotel accommodation, facilities, services and website. By making a reservation, checking into the hotel or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Reservation
All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by 6 Club Hotel.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of guests
- Selected room type
- Payment information, where applicable
A booking is considered confirmed only after the hotel or authorised booking platform issues a valid confirmation.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard Check-In: From 2:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: Until 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to room availability and may involve additional charges.
Guests should present valid identification and booking details during check-in as required by applicable Indian regulations and hotel procedures.
3. Guest Identification
All guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification during check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in where legally required information or acceptable identification is not provided.
Foreign guests may be required to provide appropriate travel and identification documents in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.
4. Room Allocation
Room allocation is subject to availability.
The photographs displayed on the website are intended to represent the hotel’s rooms and facilities. Actual room layout, furniture arrangement, décor or view may vary depending on the specific room allocated.
The hotel may provide an alternative room of comparable category when circumstances require it.
5. Occupancy
Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy specified for their selected room.
Additional guests or extra beds may be permitted only with prior approval from the hotel and may incur additional charges.
Guests must not exceed the permitted occupancy without informing hotel management.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed according to the booking terms communicated during reservation.
Depending on the reservation, the hotel may accept available payment methods such as:

- Other payment methods accepted by the hotel
Any applicable taxes or mandatory charges will be payable according to the applicable booking terms.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the hotel’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific terms applicable to the reservation.
Different rates, promotional offers and non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation conditions.

8. No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

9. Hotel Facilities
Facilities such as Wi-Fi, parking, housekeeping, room service, dining services and other amenities are provided subject to availability and applicable operating hours.
The hotel may temporarily restrict or close a facility for:

- Repairs
- Safety reasons
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances beyond the hotel’s reasonable control
Temporary unavailability of a facility does not automatically qualify a guest for a refund unless required by applicable law or specifically agreed by the hotel.
10. Wi-Fi & Internet
Complimentary Wi-Fi may be provided to hotel guests.
Internet performance can vary due to network congestion, service-provider interruptions, technical problems or circumstances outside the hotel’s control.
Guests must not use the hotel’s internet connection for unlawful activities.
11. Parking
Parking is subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings. The hotel will take reasonable security measures but, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Hotel Property & Damages
Guests are responsible for hotel property provided for their use.
Any damage, loss or unusual cleaning requirement caused by a guest may result in reasonable charges, subject to applicable law and the hotel’s disclosed policies.
Guests should immediately report accidental damage to hotel management.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Valuable items should be kept securely and guests should follow any safety instructions provided by the hotel.
If an item is lost or found, guests should contact the reception team as soon as possible.
14. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness and hygiene while using hotel rooms and common areas.
The hotel reserves the right to apply reasonable additional cleaning charges where extraordinary cleaning is required because of guest behaviour, subject to applicable law.
15. Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in areas designated by the hotel, where such areas are available and legally permitted.
Guests must comply with applicable Indian laws and hotel smoking restrictions.
Smoking inside non-smoking rooms or prohibited areas may result in applicable cleaning or other charges.
16. Alcohol & Prohibited Activities
Guests must comply with all applicable laws relating to alcohol and other regulated activities.
Illegal drugs, unlawful activities, violence, harassment, weapons prohibited by law, or any activity that creates a safety risk are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
The hotel may take appropriate action where necessary to protect guests, staff and property and to comply with applicable law.
17. Noise & Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect other guests, hotel staff and nearby residents.
Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, harassment, threats, violence or behaviour that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of the hotel may result in appropriate action, including cancellation of the stay where permitted by law.
18. Visitors
Visitors may be permitted subject to hotel security procedures and applicable occupancy limits.
Visitors may be required to register at reception and provide identification where required.
The registered guest is responsible for ensuring that their visitors comply with hotel rules.
19. Children & Families
Children are welcome subject to the hotel’s room occupancy and safety requirements.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the hotel premises.
Any additional bedding or special arrangements may be subject to availability and additional charges.
20. Pets
Pets are permitted only if specifically authorised by 6 Club Hotel.

21. Security & CCTV
For the safety and security of guests, staff and hotel property, CCTV or other security measures may be used in appropriate common areas.
CCTV is not installed in private areas such as guest rooms or bathrooms.

22. Staff Conduct & Guest Respect
6 Club Hotel expects all guests to treat hotel employees respectfully.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory or violent behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
Likewise, hotel staff are expected to provide professional and respectful service to guests.
23. Maintenance & Technical Issues
The hotel makes reasonable efforts to keep rooms and facilities operational.
Occasionally, equipment or facilities may require maintenance or repair. Guests should report any issue to reception so that the hotel can attempt to resolve it promptly.
24. Force Majeure
6 Club Hotel will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, major utility failures, strikes, security incidents or other unforeseen events.
Where appropriate, the hotel will communicate with affected guests and seek a reasonable solution.
25. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the 6 Club Hotel website accurate and current.
However, room availability, prices, facilities, photographs, menus, operating hours and services may change from time to time.
The terms applicable to a specific confirmed reservation will take precedence over general website information.
